Budtender - Plant'd Farma

About the Role 

As a Budtender at Plant'd Farma, you will be the frontline ambassador for our premium hemp-derived/cannabis products, delivering exceptional customer service and expert guidance. You will educate and assist customers in selecting related wellness products tailored to their needs while ensuring full compliance with all hemp regulations and company standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

• Provide knowledgeable and personalized product recommendations to customers based on their wellness goals and preferences. 

• Ensure strict adherence to all state and federal hemp regulations, including age verification and sales guidelines. 

• Conduct accurate end-of-shift inventory counts and report any discrepancies promptly. 

• Complete all required brand education courses to stay current on product knowledge and industry best practices. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment. 

• Handle cash and POS transactions efficiently and professionally. 

• Work collaboratively with team members to support store operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements 

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably within the hemp, wellness, or similar industry. 

• Strong attention to detail, especially in inventory management and regulatory compliance. 

• Commitment to completing mandatory brand training and ongoing education modules. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Minimum age 21 and compliant with all state and federal hemp regulations. 

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied shift schedules.
