As a Plant’d Farma Bartender, you’ll be responsible for delivering a welcoming, knowledgeable, and engaging experience at The Garden. Our bar specializes in non-alcoholic beverages, including THC-infused options, so this role combines traditional hospitality with product education and sales.

You’ll help guests explore our beverage menu, make recommendations based on their preferences, prepare and serve drinks, and create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve non-alcoholic and THC-infused beverages

Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive bar service

Learn the beverage menu, including flavors, potency, ingredients, and product differences

Educate guests who may be new to THC-infused beverages

Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and experience level

Promote Happy Hour specials, featured beverages, and new products

Actively help increase beverage sales through thoughtful recommendations and upselling

Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system

Verify guests meet age requirements before serving restricted products

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift

Monitor beverage inventory and communicate low-stock or restocking needs

Follow proper serving procedures and all Plant’d Farma policies

Create a welcoming social atmosphere while maintaining professionalism

Work with the retail and lounge teams to provide a seamless guest experience

Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties

Stay knowledgeable about new beverages, products, promotions, and Happy Hour offerings

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, personable, confident, and naturally good with people. The ideal bartender can hold a conversation, educate without overwhelming the customer, and sell without making the guest feel pressured.

Previous bartending, serving, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service experience is preferred. Experience with THC-infused beverages is a plus but not required—we can teach product knowledge; personality, work ethic, and hospitality matter most.

Must be 21 years of age or older.
