Plansight is the only end to end RFP solution for Insurance brokers. We are looking for experienced Sales Executives to sell our SAAS product. Experience in employee benefits industry is preferred.

The opportunity:

We are looking for sales executives to join a dynamic team of professionals who are committed to collectively lifting the vision of Plansight and achieving aggressive growth goals of the company.

Success in this role is primarily measured by the individual’s ability to generate sales revenue through industry referral/affiliate relationships. The role provides opportunities to network with industry leaders, engage in marketing and sales activities, and expand Plansight’s presence in the health insurance industry.

What we expect:

  • Identify, prospect, onboard, and cultivate relationships to drive brand recognition, lead generation, and revenue
  • Bring significant sales experience, having shown consistent achievement on exceeding quotas

Skills you’ll need:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience in the SAAS space (healthcare industry is a plus)
  • Relevant Skills: analytical thinking, ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal), negotiations, well-organized and process driven, goal-focused, and generally charismatic
  • A relentless drive to win and succeed. Can produce at a high level while working autonomously
  • A track record of proven success in development of new business
  • Prospecting/outbound work ethic

  • Competitive Salary – Sales Executives are paid a base salary of $85,000 + uncapped commissions. OTE is $200,000.
