Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Handle scheduling, shift management, and delegation of tasks to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure all smoothie bar equipment and supplies are well-maintained and stocked.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Oversee cash handling, register operations, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards in the smoothie bar and seating areas.
• Monitor and report on sales, inventory levels, and other operational metrics to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a customer service or food service role, with a preference for previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic financial and inventory management skills.
