Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct regular training and development for staff to enhance performance and promote a positive work environment.
  • Handle cash management, financial reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce store policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in retail or food service.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage financial aspects of the store, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
