We're seeking caring, dependable professionals who share our commitment to putting people first and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Flexible scheduling

Position Requirements

Applicants must:

• Must be over 21 yrs of age
• Graduate from High School or G.E.D
• 2 years of experience required
• Valid CPR Card- 2yrs ( American Heart Association Required)
• Have a reliable personal vehicle suitable for transporting clients
• Maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Carry current automobile insurance
• Successfully pass a background check, AHCA level II & drug screening
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, reliability, and excellent communication skills
• Be comfortable working independently while providing exceptional customer service
• Must be a US citizen - No visa sponsorship

Typical Schedule & Availability

Our Loyal Companions generally provide services during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Service hours may vary based on client needs, holidays, special events, and pre-scheduled outings. Extended hours may occasionally be available by advance request and are subject to companion availability.

What You'll Do

As a Loyal Companion, you may:

• Provide friendly companionship and meaningful conversation
• Transport clients safely to appointments and community destinations
• Escort clients to medical appointments and remain with them if requested
• Assist with grocery shopping, pharmacy visits, and personal errands
• Accompany clients on lunch outings, shopping trips, and recreational activities
• Attend church services and community events
• Support family visits and special celebrations
• Participate in our Signature Day Out Experiences, including museums, theme parks, cultural attractions, and other memorable outings
• Encourage independence while promoting dignity, confidence, and social connection
