Job Title: Real Estate Photographer (Contractor)

Position Overview: As a Contract Photographer with our team, you'll have the freedom to work on your schedule, capturing exquisite images of various properties. With our commitment to your growth, you'll receive training and mentorship to enhance your skills and deliver consistent results.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Conduct on-site photography sessions, capturing the properties in their best light.
  2. Operate drones for aerial photography, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and safety guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with our in-house team to understand specific requirements for each shoot.
  4. Maintain equipment and ensure readiness for each assignment.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in photography, with a keen eye for detail.
  • FAA drone license or the commitment to obtain one before commencing shoots. (Note: This involves passing a test which you can prepare for.)
  • Own a professional camera, drone, and other necessary equipment. In particular you will need a gear-head tripod and a solid wide-angle lens. Full frame equipment is wonderful but not required.
  • Computer for selects and high speed internet are necessary for uploading files.
  • Willingness to sign a non-solicitation and non-compete agreement specific to the real estate media space. Other types of photography are highly encouraged.
