Founded in 2016, Pitney Meadows Community Farm is a 166-acre preserved working farm in the heart of Saratoga Springs. Our mission is to grow food, community, and connection, and to educate about the natural world right here on our conserved farm in the heart of Saratoga Springs. Our accessible trails, farm stand, and volunteer and community engagement opportunities make the farm a vibrant, inclusive space for all to engage, learn, and grow together. The Administrative Coordinator manages and tracks business details related to human resources, compliance, and program systems that support Pitney Meadows Community Farm programs and team. The ideal candidate is well-organized, tech-savvy, able to multitask, and enjoys working in a lively, passionate, community-based organization. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently, take initiative in targeting tasks, and propose solutions.
This part-time role reports to the Executive Director and supports the Food for All program lead. This position also works directly with other staff and is an integral part of the Pitney Meadows team. The position is located on the farm during the in-season and remote off-season.
