Pinnacle Counseling is currently looking to bring on board a licensed clinician to join our expanding team. We specialize in enhancing relationships with individuals, couples, and families and maintain an active and solution-focused approach with all of our clients. Ideal candidates would have experience working within a relational context and supervising provisionally licensed clinicians. All therapists at Pinnacle Counseling receive competitive benefits and are provided with referrals and resources to help quickly and effectively build their caseloads. New supervisors would be expected to manage a clinical caseload alongside supervisory responsibilities, although part-time options can be considered. Our office locations are in the Loop and Andersonville neighborhoods of Chicago, but new clinicians also have the option to work virtually or on a hybrid schedule if preferred.

Therapist Requirements:

1.) Must possess a full Clinical Licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, PhD). Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with clinical experience working with couples and/or families.

2.) Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but candidates without direct experience must be willing to undergo a continuing education course on supervision to supplement.

3.) Availability to see clients during peak hours 1-2 days per week and the ability to conduct virtual sessions with a reliable internet connection and suitable space. Peak hours availability may be adjusted based on the clinician's need to build their caseload.
