We're looking for dedicated Associate Marriage and Family Therapists who are ready to grow their skills within a high-standard, private practice environment.

APCCs and ACSWs may also be eligible for this role, depending on their supervision needs and applicable BBS regulations. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply.

Transparent & Competitive Pay

^$50/hr Clinical Rate

For all billable client sessions. Your clinical time is fully compensated at a competitive rate aligned with the Sacramento market.

^$20/hr Non-Clinical Rate

For documentation, required supervision, approved meetings, and administrative tasks.

Clinical Excellence in a Healthy Environment.

Presence — To ensure a focused healing environment, computers and phones are kept out of sessions, except for scheduling purposes. Your full presence is expected — and protected.

Documentation — We utilize SimplePractice for EHR. The NoteTaker AI tool is available only with explicit, written client consent.

Dress Code — We maintain a professional appearance that reflects our brand — closed-toe shoes required; blue jeans are not permitted during working hours.

Professionalism — Clinicians are expected to act ethically and professionally, and to be fully dedicated to the care of existing and future clients.

Client Options — Sessions are offered in-person at our Gold River office and via telehealth. We serve adult individuals, couples, and minors.
