Position for Clinical Internship for Master's level Therapy Student
Pinnacle Counseling is looking for therapists in training and post-doctoral candidates for our thriving internship program. As all of us once were therapists-in-training at
some point in our mental health journeys, we are very excited to be offering this opportunity to others. We, at Pinnacle, value the educational process of a therapist and will be providing clinical experience, individual and group supervision, and educational opportunities to all interns. In our work with individuals, couples, and families, we specialize in strengthening relationships and maintain an active and solution-focused approach with all of our clients. All interns receive comprehensive supervision and training and are provided with referrals and resources to build their caseloads quickly and effectively. Interns would be expected to carry a caseload of 10-12 weekly clients, but extenuating circumstances may be considered. Office locations include the Loop and Andersonville neighborhoods of Chicago, but interns could also work virtually on a hybrid schedule if desired. Please note- at this time, we are only accepting applications for a Spring 2026 start date or later.
Pinnacle Counseling is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We value difference and strive to reflect the neighborhood populations that we serve. We invite interested applicants to read our practice valuesand therapeutic approach before applying.
