Your Path to Full-Time: Our part-time Pool Care Technician position is based out of Fort Mill, SC, with hours from Tuesday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm each week. The best part? There's an excellent opportunity for you to transition into a full-time role as you grow with us.

Your Role:

As a Pool Care Technician, you'll be doing the following daily:

• Clean and maintain pools, including vacuuming, skimming, and brushing.
• Balance and test water chemistry like a pro.
• Add chemicals according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Provide top-notch service to 10-12 pools daily.
• Keep pool equipment in top shape and report any issues.
• Be super detail-oriented and spot equipment repair needs.
• Document all pool services accurately and on time.
• Communicate professionally with team, management, and clients.
• Offer service, recommendations, and guidance to clients with a smile.
• Always maintain high standards in customer service and conduct.
• Keep chemicals and equipment stocked on your company truck.
• Follow all safety procedures, including safe driving.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, well-maintained, and stocked.
• Be a reliable backup for your awesome team.
• Take on other projects and duties as needed.

What We Need from You:

• You're at least 18 years old.
• You hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 
• You're eligible to work in the United States.
• A high school diploma/GED or equivalent is a must.
• You can lift up to 75 lbs. – no problem.
• You'll pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Hot or cold, you can handle any weather.
• You're a people person with great customer service skills.
• You're self-motivated and can work independently.
• Teamwork is your middle name, and you're honest with a positive attitude.
• Dependability, punctuality, and customer service are your strong suits.
• Organization and time management are your secret weapons.
• You've got a strong work ethic and a thirst for knowledge.
