Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain lush tropical gardens and landscaped areas throughout the property
• Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and flowering plants native to the Keys
• Ensure walkways, pools, and common areas are clean and welcoming
• Assist with basic irrigation system maintenance
• Identify and address landscape issues proactively
• Support sustainability initiatives and eco-friendly practices
• Assist with special projects and storm preparation when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related field
• Knowledge of tropical plants and Florida Keys ecosystem (preferred)
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license
