Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve signature tropical cocktails, craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Create innovative drink specials highlighting local flavors and ingredients
• Maintain accurate cash handling and payment processing
• Manage bar inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Ensure bar areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Build rapport with guests while sharing local knowledge and recommendations
• Uphold all alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service practices
• Support special events and themed nights at the resort

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience required (minimum 1 year)
• Knowledge of classic and tropical cocktail preparation
• Florida alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Creative approach to mixology and presentation
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
