Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Create and execute engaging public events that align with the restaurant’s brand and business goals.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to design event-specific menus and offerings.
  • Maintain a detailed event calendar and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
  • Assist Private Event Manager with staff assignments and banquet event orders.

Client & Guest Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all public event inquiries.
  • Conduct client meetings and venue tours to understand event needs.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service before, during, and after each event.

Sales & Marketing

  • Drive revenue through proactive sales efforts and community engagement.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and vendors to attract private event clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote public events via social media, email newsletters, and in-house materials.

Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate event setup, staffing, and breakdown with the operations team.
  • Track expenses, generate invoices, and maintain accurate records of all events.
  • Analyze event performance metrics and provide post-event reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in event planning, hospitality management, or a related field (restaurant experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software, POS systems, and basic budgeting tools.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Salary

$50,000 - $52,000 per year
