We are looking for hard-working line cooks with a taste for craft beer to join the Pilot Project Brewing team in Milwaukee, WI.

  • Wage: $19-$20 + This position receives tips, which will increase your pay by ~$2.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate openly and respectfully with all team members
  • Prepare, cook and plate sandwiches and appetizers.
  • Maintain standards for keeping the kitchen and facility clean and sanitary
  • Follows recipes and complies with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures, and Department of Health regulations
  • Follow standard kitchen operating procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Understand all functions of in-house POS system


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 year experience in casual dining environment
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Food handlers card certification required
  • Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Be punctual, kind-hearted, patient, and stay awesome


Salary

$18 - $21 per hour
