Title: Food Runner

Wage: $14.00/hour + tips

Responsibilities:

• Uphold the highest standards of customer service for every guest
• Communicate openly and respectfully with all team members
• Remain punctual for all shifts and Pilot Project Brewing events
• Maintain standards for keeping the bar, restaurant, patio, rooftop, and facility clean and sanitary
• Answer questions and make insightful recommendations regarding our beer and food menu
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Remove dirty/unneeded glass and plate ware from customer’s dining space
• Set-up and tear down for private and public events
• Understand all functions of in-house POS system and reservation platform
• Continue education surrounding beer styles, recipes, and brewing
• Follow uniform guidelines
• Help run drinks when needed

Required Certifications:

• Illinois Food Handler Certificate
• Basset if running drinks as well
