**Job Overview:**
As the Head Chef at Pilot Project Brewing Company in Milwaukee, WI, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant and banquet culinary teams in creating delicious and innovative dishes to complement our craft beer offerings. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for food while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control
- Develop and execute creative and seasonal menus that pair well with our craft beer selections
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage and handling procedures
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with the brewery team to create unique food and beer pairings for special events and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or brewery setting
-Experience in banquet operations including food planning, prepping and ordering
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Creative flair and passion for food and craft beer
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
$80,000 - $85,000 per year
