We are looking for Full-Time, Part-Time and Seasonal servers to join our team at our new location in Wrigleyville, Chicago, IL.
Wage: $11.02 /hour + tips

Responsibilities:
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service for every guest
- Communicate openly and respectfully with all team members
- Remain punctual for all shifts and Pilot Project Brewing events
- Maintain standards for keeping the bar, restaurant, patio, rooftop, and facility clean and sanitary
- Answer questions and make insightful recommendations regarding our beer and food menu
- Change kegs and help maintain supply levels of all products
- Pour and serve draft beer into appropriate glassware using standard industry practices
- Make and serve cocktails according to recipes and sops
- Check IDs to ensure guests are of legal drinking age
- Clean, sanitize, and organize glassware according to Pilot Project Brewing standards
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Remove dirty/unneeded glass and plate ware from customer’s dining space
- Set-up and tear down for private and public events
- Understand all functions of in-house POS system and reservation platform
- Continue education surrounding beer styles, recipes, and brewing
- Follow uniform guidelines
Required Certifications:
- Illinois Food Handler Certificate
- BASSET Certification
Other Expectations:
- Willingness to help out with other tasks, including hosting, food running, and event serving when asked
