Pilates Addiction is a results-driven fitness experience built around our patented Aurum Reformer, combining strength training, mobility, balance, endurance, and low-impact cardio into one full-body workout. About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and community-driven Sales Associate to join our Founding Team as we launch our San Francisco Pacifica studio.

This is not a traditional front desk position. While you will help create a seamless studio experience, your main focus will be building relationships, driving membership sales, creating community, and delivering an excellent experience for every member and guest.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to help grow a brand-new studio. No two days will look the same, and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting.

Responsibilities

Membership Sales & Business Growth

• Conduct outbound calls, texts, emails, and follow-up outreach to prospective members
• Convert leads into memberships through relationship building and excellent customer service
• Sell memberships, class packages, private sessions, and retail products
• Manage and follow up with leads through studio software and CRM systems
• Support studio sales goals through consistent outreach and engagement
• Assist with presale efforts leading up to the studio opening

Community Building & Member Engagement

• Create an excellent experience from the first time someone walks into the studio and every class after
• Build genuine relationships with members and prospective members
• Learn member names, celebrate milestones, and help create a welcoming environment
• Drive member engagement and retention through meaningful connection
• Be a positive ambassador for the Pilates Addiction community inside and outside the studio

Grassroots Marketing & Events

• Represent Pilates Addiction at local events, outdoor activations, and community partnerships
• Participate in grassroots marketing and lead-generation efforts
• Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations
• Help create interest and awareness for the studio outside of the studio walls
• Support studio events, member appreciation events, and grand opening initiatives

Studio Operations

• Keep the studio clean, organized, and up to Pilates Addiction standards
• Support daily studio operations and member flow
• Learn and utilize studio software systems including Mindbody, LoyalSnap, and other platforms
• Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and responsibilities as the studio grows

Presentations & Public Speaking

• Lead intro presentations and studio tours for prospective members
• Confidently speak in front of groups during Ignite classes and introductory experiences
• Educate guests on memberships, classes, and the Pilates Addiction experience

Availability

• Part-time position, 10–25 hours per week
• Must be available to work early mornings and/or evenings
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day each week
• Flexibility to support community events and studio activations as needed

Growth Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to grow alongside the business. High-performing team members may have the opportunity to increase hours, move into a full-time role, and grow into leadership or management positions as Pilates Addiction expands.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $20–21 per hour
• Commission on new membership sales and retail sales
• Opportunity to earn up to an additional $5+ per hour through performance incentives
