About the Role:

Located in the heart of historic Cocoa Village, our community blends charm, convenience, and comfort. As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the go-to person for prospective residents, showcasing available units and supporting an excellent living experience for everyone who calls Cocoa Village Flats home.

Key Responsibilities:

🗝 Leasing & Sales

• Greet and assist prospective residents, highlighting our community’s walkable location, cozy atmosphere, and unique features
• Lead tours and explain lease terms and community guidelines clearly
• Follow up with leads and help meet occupancy goals
• Complete leasing paperwork accurately and in compliance

🤝 Resident Relations

• Provide friendly and responsive service to residents and applicants
• Assist with maintenance requests and general inquiries
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming community vibe

📣 Marketing & Outreach

• Support property marketing efforts with flyers, social media posts, and local outreach
• Participate in local events or community happenings when applicable

🗂 Administrative Support

• Maintain organized leasing records and resident files
• Process applications, background checks, and payments
• Conduct unit inspections and ensure readiness

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the property management team to achieve community goals
• Assist with ideas and feedback to improve the resident experience

What We Offer:

• Part-Time Schedule: Flexible hours ideal for those seeking work-life balance; Saturdays are required
• Hourly Pay: $15–$16/hour based on experience
