About the Role:

As a Leasing Agent at Cayo Grande, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a friendly, dependable resource for current ones. Your role will be key in maintaining occupancy goals, promoting our community, and ensuring residents feel right at home from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

🗝 Leasing & Sales

• Greet and assist prospective residents, sharing the unique features of Cayo Grande
• Lead property tours and clearly explain lease terms, community policies, and amenities
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in person to secure leases
• Process applications and leasing paperwork accurately and in compliance with regulations

🤝 Resident Relations

• Provide excellent service to both prospective and current residents
• Respond to questions, maintenance requests, and general concerns promptly and professionally
• Help create and maintain a warm, welcoming environment

📣 Marketing & Outreach

• Support marketing efforts with flyers, social media posts, and digital outreach
• Participate in local community events or activities that boost property visibility

🗂 Administrative Support

• Maintain organized leasing records and resident documentation
• Conduct unit inspections to ensure readiness for move-in
• Assist in tracking leads, follow-ups, and occupancy trends using property management software

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Work closely with property management and maintenance teams to meet shared goals
• Provide feedback and ideas to enhance resident satisfaction and property appeal

What We Offer:

• Full-Time Position: Consistent schedule with some weekend availability required
• Hourly Pay: $16–$18/hour based on experience
