Pieces Early Learning is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), to provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services in Mentor, OH and the surrounding areas. School Year session occur between 9:00AM and 6:30PM. Summer sessions end by 3:30 PM 4 days per week! RBTs at Pieces Early Learning work with children ages 2 to 9 who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

A Day at Pieces Early Learning:

• Motivate and encourage clients and their families
• Provide behavior intervention services to individuals in a play-based format
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans created by and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data using our online platform
• Complete treatment notes at the end of each session
• Attend team meetings and promote team oriented atmosphere

Job Requirements:

• Experience providing ABA therapy services
• Minimum high school degree or equivalent, BA or BS preferred (or enrollment in a current program)
• Experience working with individuals with special needs
• Reliable car and valid driver's license required
• Full-Time: availability Monday-Friday
• Part-Time blocks available: 9:00-12:00, 11:30-3:00, 3:15-6:30
