About the role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to own the creative pipeline for our piano advertising on Meta.

You’ll report to our Head of Growth and work closely with our media buyer, editors, piano instructors, artists, and UGC creators. Your job is to consistently develop and ship new ad creative, learn from what performs, and turn those insights into better concepts.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll own ideas from initial research and scripting through production, editing, and launch.

Depending on the concept, your work could include:

  • Keeping enough new creative in the pipeline that we always have something new to test.
  • Analyzing ad-level performance and using those findings to develop the next batch of concepts.
  • Developing new creative angles and iterating on proven winners.
  • Writing scripts from the initial idea through to a production-ready brief.
  • Finding, hiring, briefing, and managing UGC creators and piano artists.
  • Briefing editors and owning concepts through to live-ready creative.
  • Shooting and rough-cutting some concepts yourself.
  • Staying close to how piano players actually talk about learning, practicing, and progressing through social media, comments, reviews, and online communities.

You could be a great fit if:

  • You’re a strong piano player with a solid understanding of music theory.
  • You’re deeply familiar with piano content on social media and understand what’s currently working.
  • You have a strong interest in marketing, advertising, and creative strategy.
  • You’re proactive and hands-on. When something is blocking a concept, you find a way to move it forward.
  • You’re highly output-driven and comfortable being measured on the amount and quality of creative you ship.
  • You have an exceptional command of US English and write at a native level.
  • You’re comfortable working with performance data and using it to guide creative decisions.
  • You’re comfortable appearing on camera when needed. This is a plus, but not a requirement.

What success looks like

You’re consistently shipping a strong volume of new concepts each month, an increasing share of our piano ad spend is running against creative you’ve developed, and your creative hit rate against our cost-per-trial target continues to improve.
