Note: this is an in-person role as it requires in-person filming. Pickleland is located in Pflugerville, TX.

Responsibilities

• Film, Edit & Post 4-5+ reels/stories/social posts per week
• Come up with ideas, scripts, a content calendar, etc
• Research top trends, most viral videos, and implement those (here's how)

Skills

• Proficient with editing software, such as
• Capcut
• Canva
• Davinci Resolve
• Instagram's or TikTok's native video editor
• or others
• Great storytelling and creativity
• Being able to be funny
• Unique marketing insight or personality
• Bonus points if you play pickleball

Goals

• Get 10k followers by Dec 31, 2025
• Get at least 1 video with 1M views by Dec 31, 2025
