Ambassador Physical Therapy is a faith-based, multi-site private practice specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and other visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Verify and direct all individuals to the appropriate provider and services
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
• Assist with billing and insurance verification processes
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the clinic's operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
