Ambassador Physical Therapy is looking for a servant leader who wants to teach, mentor and aggressively build relationships within the Matthews, North Carolina community. Our outpatient orthopedic company's first value is "Multiply the Talent": Stewardship of people and profits guide us. We are looking for a Christ follower who understands stewardship, has proven leadership skills and is ready to take on a new challenge both professionally and personally with this opportunity. You would join a great leadership team, as well as step into a young, motivated group of professionals in our Matthews facility.

Must Haves:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current or pending state license as a Physical Therapist
• Proven Leadership Success
• Strong Work Ethic
• Passion to Grow Personally and Professionally
• Dry Needling Certification

Preferably:

• Post-Graduate Certifications Completed or In-Process (i.e.: OCS, SCS, McKenzie)
• 3 or more years of Out-Patient Clinical Experience 
• Ability to Mentor entry-level therapists
• Public Speaking/Marketing/Presenting Experience
• Entrepreneurial Thinking occurs frequently
• Golfer.... we love golf
