Our lead vetters take incoming calls from customers looking for technical solutions (fabrication and engineering) for their projects and they expect to speak with someone who can have an intelligent discussion about their project and their needs.

Description

This is NOT your typical call center job. Our lead vetters are not responsible for sales or estimating but they are responsible for getting enough information from the prospect, so that our customer’s sales team can determine the relative value of the lead and whether it’s within their capabilities.


Lead vetters must be available to take calls and have professional, uninterrupted conversations during their working hours.


Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls on behalf of multiple customers who are fabrication shops, engineering firms, and construction service providers. Summarize information and enter into a CRM platform. Follow up with leads by phone and email.


Requirements:

Must have experience in the fabrication/engineering/construction industry.

Must be able to speak to customers and use industry-appropriate technical terminology.

Must be able to effectively communicate to customers by phone and email.

Must be able to efficiently work in multiple softwares (CRM, Excel, Gmail).

Must be able to collaborate with other members of our team.

Must be able to answer the phone and speak with prospects without any background interruptions.

Must have access to strong phone signal and internet connection.

Salary

$20 - $30 per hour
