**Salary Range:** $20 to $33 per hour

As a Contact Center representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


**Responsibilities:**

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback

- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns

- Update customer accounts and maintain records accurately

- Meet performance goals and targets set by the company


**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable using computer systems and software

- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
