**Salary Range:** $20 to $34 per hour

**Job Overview:**

Phoenix Marketing & Advertising is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Cherry Valley, MA. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation and distribution of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and monitor the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers

- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Track shipments and update inventory systems

- Resolve any transportation issues or delays

- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and requirements

- Analyze transportation costs and recommend cost-saving strategies

- Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations as needed

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred

- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software

- Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
