What You’ll Do as a Residential Cleaner

• Deliver High-Quality Cleaning: Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize in clients' homes.
• Ensure Thorough Results: Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to perfection.
• Follow a Checklist: Use our step-by-step guide to exceed client expectations every time.
• Manage Supplies: Keep equipment and cleaning materials organized.
• Travel Locally: Drive to homes across Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and nearby areas.
• Communicate Professionally: Create a great experience by interacting positively with clients.

Who We’re Looking For

⭐ Experienced Cleaners Preferred: 1+ years of professional cleaning is a plus

⭐ Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things and always aim for excellence

⭐ Independent and Reliable: You manage your time well and take pride in your work

⭐ Physically Capable: Able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand, and bend for extended periods

⭐ Flexible Availability: Part-time hours with some weekend availability required

⭐ Legal Authorization: We can only consider U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents
