Support administrative staff by performing clerical task, assist with marketing campaigns, and manage administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, organize meetings, and manage correspondence for the team.
Maintain and update records as needed.
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
Create and curate marketing content such as social media posts, blog posts, newsletters, and CRM updates.
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends.
Manage and grow social media accounts to engage with our audience.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
Experience in market research and analysis
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Education and Experience:
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
Experience with market research and analysis techniques
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
