Overview

Pharmacy First Health is redefining rural healthcare by transforming community pharmacies into integrated care hubs. We are seeking PRN Pharmacists who are ready to lead with clinical excellence and a deep commitment to serving rural communities. This role is ideal for a Pharmacist who wants additional work hours to practice at the top of their license, shape care delivery, and play a meaningful leadership role in a growing, mission-driven organization. Duties

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Manage their day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory, and workflow.
  • Provide exceptional patient care through accurate dispensing, counselling, and medication management.
  • Implement quality assurance, safety, and performance improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, family nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Support business growth through effective management of pharmacy services, including immunizations and clinical programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reporting.
  • Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy in your respective state.
  • Minimum of 1 year of community or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy regulations and insurance billing.
  • Commitment to excellence in patient care and team development.
