Maintenance Mechanic II – Painter

Pew Pew Guru LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic II – Painter to support vacant-house turnovers, residential maintenance, and property preparation.

Duties

  • Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces for painting
  • Patch holes, cracks, and minor drywall damage
  • Sand, scrape, caulk, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces
  • Perform touch-up painting and finish work
  • Protect floors, fixtures, cabinets, and other surfaces during painting
  • Maintain brushes, rollers, sprayers, ladders, and painting equipment
  • Assist with minor carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance tasks
  • Follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Report additional repair needs to the supervisor

Requirements

  • Previous painting, maintenance, construction, or property-turnover experience
  • Knowledge of surface preparation, patching, priming, and painting techniques
  • Ability to use ladders, hand tools, and painting equipment safely
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work
  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
