Maintenance Mechanic II

Pew Pew Guru LLC is seeking a dependable Maintenance Mechanic II to perform routine maintenance, repair, and property-turnover work in residential and facility environments.

Duties

  • Perform general maintenance and minor repairs
  • Complete basic carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, flooring, and fixture repairs
  • Assist with vacant-property turnovers and make-ready work
  • Inspect properties and identify maintenance needs
  • Use hand and power tools safely
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks
  • Follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
  • Report repair needs that require higher-level or specialized service

Requirements

  • Previous maintenance, construction, property repair, or facilities experience
  • Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Ability to use common hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work
  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Desired Skills
