General Laborer / Cleaning Technician

Pew Pew Guru LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to support vacant-house turnover and property preparation projects.

Duties

• Perform detailed cleaning of vacant homes
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and sanitize surfaces
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, and fixtures
• Remove trash, debris, and unwanted materials
• Assist with moving supplies and light maintenance tasks
• Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely
• Follow work orders and supervisor instructions

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual
• Able to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working on your feet
• Able to work independently and as part of a crew
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation preferred

Desired Skills

Previous experience in janitorial services, residential cleaning, apartment turnover, construction cleanup, property maintenance, or general labor is preferred but not required.
