The Role
As a Host/Hostess at Tahona Tacos, you are the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibility is to greet and seat customers while managing the flow of the dining area. You play a crucial role in setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
- Manage the seating chart and ensure efficient table turnover.
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
