The Role
As a Busser and Service Assistant at Pescado Seafood Grill & Tahona Tacos, you will be essential in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly. You will assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, supporting servers, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Support other staff members during busy periods to enhance guest satisfaction.
