The Role As a Bartender at Tahona Tacos and Tequileria, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable environment. You will work closely with the kitchen and service staff to provide a seamless dining experience.
What You'll Do - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies. - Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies, including ordering as necessary. - Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service. - Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. - Handle cash and process payments accurately.
What We're Looking For - Previous bartending experience or relevant experience in a food and beverage environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
Nice to Have - Certification in responsible alcohol service. - Experience with point-of-sale systems. - Familiarity with seafood and wine pairings. - Creative flair for developing new drink specials.
