At Performance Systems Integration, we manufacture and sell automotive aftermarket wiring harnesses. At our heart we are an automotive company with a strong ecommerce presence.

The manufacturing production associate position includes direct labor production tasks such as building wiring harnesses and small wiring assemblies. This role involves learning basic wiring manufacturing techniques and how the production process works.

Responsibilities & duties:

- Operating terminal crimping machines and using hand crimpers.

- Operating wire cutting machines.

- Following harness drawings to string wires on build boards.

- Performing quality tests to verify wire termination correctly.

- Splicing wires and evaluating the quality of splices.

- Learning and understanding the difference in connectors, terminals, and seals, and when they are used.

- Keeping a clean and manageable workspace

Requirements:

- No prior manufacturing experience is needed, all training will be provided.

- Able to read and identify components on drawings.

- Able to differentiate colors.

- Able to work with your hands and small components such as terminals.

- Able to be available for work consistently.

- Have a willingness to learn and have interest in the work you are performing.

- Have good attention to detail and time management.

- Advancements and raises based on performance, willingness, and quality of work.

Job Type:

- In person, 40 hours expected.

- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
