As the Technical Sales and Support Representative at PerfectScale, you will be the first member of our global support organization and responsible for providing technical support to all end users. You will be developing processes and setting standards that will help us grow our business and better serve our customers.
You will be the primary technical contact that will aid in our customer’s success both before and after the sale. Your goal, in conjunction with the sales team, will be to develop and maintain positive customer relations that lead to positive customer experience and revenue. This includes activities like providing product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and performing onboarding services.
Additionally, you will work with various internal departments to meet the SLAs we have developed for our customers. You are expected to perform timely and quality resolution to issues and record them in our ticketing system, while always providing an optimal customer service experience with every interaction.
