About the Role

As the Technical Sales and Support Representative at PerfectScale, you will be the first member of our global support organization and responsible for providing technical support to all end users. You will be developing processes and setting standards that will help us grow our business and better serve our customers. 


You will be the primary technical contact that will aid in our customer’s success both before and after the sale. Your goal, in conjunction with the sales team, will be to develop and maintain positive customer relations that lead to positive customer experience and revenue.  This includes activities like providing product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and performing onboarding services.  


Additionally, you will work with various internal departments to meet the SLAs we have developed for our customers. You are expected to perform timely and quality resolution to issues and record them in our ticketing system, while always providing an optimal customer service experience with every interaction.


Helping our customers is the best way to add value to our brand and you are our ambassador in this mission.


Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales activities: performing demos, following up with customers on technical questions, supporting onboarding activities during trials
  • Be an active member of our Slack community to help customers and prospects with support-related questions
  • Monitor inbound support tickets and communicate resolutions with customers
  • Behave as the customer liaison with the other internal departments to ensure the best customer experience and meet our SLAs
  • Maintain and establish internal support documentation

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and a can-do approach
  • Proven ability to work remotely in a productive manner
  • 2 years of prior experience working in Pre-Sale or Support roles in software companies
  • Good level of English - written and verbal
  • Must be able to work remotely

  • Experience working for enterprise-grade SaaS product companies
  • Prior knowledge and working experience with Kubernetes or DevOps work
  • CNCF certifications
  • Bi or Multi-lingual
