Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales in Your Territory: Own and lead sales activities in your region, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Manage & Expand Your Pipeline: Build, maintain, and grow a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with pre-sales, SDRs, and partners to ensure success for both the business and our customers in your territory.
  • Develop Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that drive value.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven Sales Experience: A successful track record, of at least 5 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the cloud-native space. Experience selling to developers and with Kubernetes-related solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to work autonomously and close deals independently.
  • Hunter Mindset: Demonstrated ability to acquire new leads and strategically close deals, collaborating effectively with internal and external te ams to meet targets.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach that contributes positively to a team-focused environment.
  • Data-Driven & Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to leverage modern sales tools to identify and target the right prospects at the right time.
  • Location: Ideally based on the East Coast of the US, though other locations within the contiguous US will be considered.


Skills & Expertise

  • Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales processes and strategies, with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively in a competitive environment.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and cloud-native technologies is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Customer-Centric Problem Solver: Ability to create compelling business cases that address the customer's pain points and drive sales.
