Job Overview:
As a WFH Customer Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through phone, email, and chat communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
