Job Description – Part-Time Dispensary Associate

Position Type: Part-Time (Approximately 20 hours per week)

Schedule: Primarily evenings and weekends, with flexibility to cover call-offs as needed

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Dispensary Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, values compliance and accuracy, and is willing to step in to support the team when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, educating, and assisting guests with product selection
• Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations and company policies
• Verify customer identification and ensure all sales are conducted legally and responsibly
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and organization of products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Be available to fill in for call-offs or additional shifts as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional last-minute shifts
• Must meet all legal requirements for working in a cannabis dispensary (age, licensing, etc.)
