Overview:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and friendly person who is preferably fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. As a part of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strict state compliance and regulations. This role involves educating customers about our products, ensuring proper identification is being used, fulfilling and receiving orders, managing sales transactions effectively, and following cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical scans of driver’s licenses and other ID forms to verify age and authenticity.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information and education about different cannabis products, including effects, benefits, and usage.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements for cannabis sales.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and check incoming product shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Fulfill customer orders with precision and efficiency.
• Assist in regular inventory audits and checks.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Further education in fields like botany, pharmacology, or customer service is advantageous.

Experience:

• Prior experience in the cannabis industry or customer service position preferred.
• At least 6 months prior Cash handling and retail sales experience. ​

Skills:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (Preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and effects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate sales and register systems.
• Commitment to delivering superior customer service.
• Must be able to educate and serve customers with patience and professionalism.
