Description

The 2026 Pennsylvania Coordinated Campaign is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and talented GOTV Director to lead our statewide voter turnout program. The GOTV Director will develop and execute a comprehensive Get Out The Vote (GOTV) strategy, oversee voter turnout operations, and manage a team of Deputy GOTV Directors to maximize voter and volunteer participation. This role will coordinate closely with data, organizing, training, and operations teams to ensure alignment across campaign priorities, while overseeing the development of training materials, operational procedures, and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the Coordinated Campaign’s Get Out The Vote (GOTV) program, including strategic planning, program implementation, performance reporting, and cross-departmental coordination, to achieve voter turnout objectives and broader campaign goals.
  • Hire and manage 2 Deputy GOTV Directors and an Out of State Manager
  • Work across coordinated departments and partner campaigns to optimize collaboration and preparedness in support of the organizing program’s role in the GOTV effort 
  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems and structures for campaign deliverables
  • Support in identifying target areas for statewide GOTV staging locations and assist in securing those locations
  • Implement and assist  statewide turf printing and material delivery ahead of GOTV



Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years or cycles of electoral or political experience, including experience managing staff
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people from many backgrounds
  • Deep commitment to thoughtfully and actively listening to collaborative input and feedback 
  • Demonstrated success at managing projects and cross departmental relationships; experience in campaign operations, organizing, or advance a plus
  • Knowledge of Google suite tools
  • Working knowledge of VAN/Votebuilder and other campaign technology platforms
  • Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, metrics-driven work environment
  • Commitment to electing all Democrats on the ballot


The GOTV Director will report to the Coordinated Campaign Director.
