Description

The 2026 Pennsylvania Democratic Coordinated Campaign is seeking a highly motivated, passionate and talented Coalitions Program Director for our statewide coordinated campaign. The Coalitions Program Director will lead the Coordinated’s coalition organizing program by developing and executing strategies to engage community organizations, advocacy groups, faith leaders, constituency organizations, and key stakeholders across the Commonwealth. This role will oversee partner relationships and ensure coalition work is fully integrated into the campaign’s organizing program to help Organizing staff reach their targeted constituencies where they are in a cohesive, comprehensive, and culturally competent way.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement the framework for program creation, reporting, and cross-departmental communication to effectively meet departmental and coordinated campaign goals
  • Create systems to engage coalition partners in voter outreach, volunteer recruitment, events, and mobilization efforts 
  • Support the creation of Coalitions plans and relevant materials for each grassroots constituency
  • Build and maintain relationships with coalition partners, advocacy groups, and community stakeholders 
  • Work with the Organizing Director to oversee Constituency Organizers, who will each manage Black, Latino, and AAPI organizing efforts 
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth integration of Coalitions programming throughout the coordinated campaign voter contact efforts
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


Skills and Qualifications


  • 3+ years or cycles of electoral or political experience, including experience managing staff
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people from many backgrounds
  • Deep commitment to thoughtfully and actively listening to collaborative input and feedback 
  • Experience working directly with underrepresented or marginalized communities
  • Demonstrated success at managing projects and cross departmental relationships
  • Knowledge of Google suite tools
  • Working knowledge of VAN/Votebuilder and other campaign technology platforms
  • Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, metrics-driven work environment
  • Commitment to electing all Democrats on the ballot


The Coalitions Program Director will report to the Coordinated Campaign Director.

$8,500 - $9,500 per month
