The 2026 Pennsylvania Coordinated Campaign is seeking Campus Organizers (COs) to mobilize young voters across college campuses. COs will drive young voter contact and turnout as the on-the-ground leaders of our campaign’s youth organizing program — turning campus energy into consistent volunteer action and measurable electoral impact. The Pennsylvania Democratic Party (PDP) is committed to electing Democrats at every level of government and building a strong, inclusive organization across the Commonwealth. This is a full-time, in-person position based in an assigned turf within Pennsylvania.

Salary and Benefits
The pay for this position starts at $19.47/hour with employer-sponsored health, vision, and dental insurance.
Start and End Dates
This position is expected to start on July 1, 2026 and end on November 15, 2026.
