We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven individual to join our team and help us build and manage our Moxo environment from the ground up.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Moxo Platform & Flows Manager to lead the development and management of our company’s operations within the Moxo platform. This is a strategic role where you’ll work directly with the CEO to bring our vision to life. You’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and expanding Flows, overseeing platform integrations, and coordinating with external developers when necessary.

No prior experience with Moxo is required—we’ll train you. But success in this role will require curiosity, initiative, and a strong ability to navigate new SaaS platforms and systems with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Flows within the Moxo platform to support business operations
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to execute the company’s vision within the platform
• Partner with developers to build custom integrations and functionality
• Continuously improve and refine platform performance, user experience, and efficiency
• Manage platform settings, permissions, and internal documentation
• Train internal teams as needed on newly developed workflows and features
• Act as a liaison between business needs and technical implementation

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and no-code/low-code environments
• Experience in workflow design, process optimization, or operations management
• Highly self-motivated and capable of figuring things out independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly
• Project management experience is a plus
• Experience working with developers or product teams is a bonus
