Dental Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Assist patients in completing paperwork
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Experience:
-Minimum high school or equivalent (Required)
- Previous experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Proficient in using dental practice management software for scheduling and billing purposes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records and insurance information
-The ideal dental assistant candidate is punctual, dependable, flexible, has reliable transportation
-X-ray License (Preferred but not required)
